Jim Schaub has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real
Estate from the Florida State University College of Business. He is a licensed Florida
Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker and has been involved in the
Florida real estate and development industries for over thirty
years.
Utilizing his background in land development, Jim’s focus in
the past few years has been in consulting and marketing for
bank-owned commercial properties and development
projects.
Along with a partner, Jim has also purchased, renovated,
managed and successfully sold two recreational vehicle parks in
Florida.
Jim possesses strong experience in creating and executing
effective marketing and sales programs in a variety of real estate
venues. His experiences
have helped him develop strong project management and managerial
skills.
