 Daryl Davis, a native to Melbourne, is a Licensed
Florida Real Estate Broker with a broad background in the sale and
leasing of commercial real estate, land development, and property
management. Successful
negotiations include Health First Medical Centers, Tyco, Radio
Shack, and Fiserv Lending Solutions. Daryl welcomes the challenge

“the buyer” for your property.
Upon receiving a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from
the College of Business at Florida State University, he began a
rewarding journey in Sales and Management with high technology firms
travelling both domestic and international. A hidden passion for
architecture led Daryl into new endeavor toward land development and
commercial construction, a perfect segway into his current
position. He is a
member of the Melbourne Area Association of Realtors, Commercial
Investment Division, and the distinguished Commercial Investment
Roundtable.
